Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms: By utilizing the Company’s Site and services, the Client agrees to these Terms. If the Client does not agree, they should refrain from using the services.
Deliverable
Material
- Rights to Deliverables: The Client has the legal right to receive the final deliverable products as specified in the Company’s offer. These materials will be sent to the Client for their own use.
- Ownership of Raw Materials: All raw footage, photos, videos, and unedited materials remain the property of the Company, including all associated intellectual property rights.
Handling and
Storage of Footage
- The Company will retain all raw footage, photos, videos, and unedited materials for up to 3 months after project completion.
- The Client may request access to specific shots or additional footage within this timeframe, subject to an extra fee depending on the project. After 3 months, the Client forfeits any claims regarding the loss of footage or data.
Payment
Terms
- Payment Structure: An upfront payment of 40% is required before the project commences, with the remaining 60% due upon delivery of the final product.
- Late Payment Penalties: Payments made later than 45 days from the invoice date will incur a monthly interest charge of 5% on the total amount until settled.
Confidentiality
The Company is committed to protecting any proprietary or confidential information shared by the Client during and after the project.
Non-refundable
Fees
All fees paid by the Client are non-refundable, emphasizing the importance of careful consideration before making payments.
Revisions
The Client is entitled to up to two revisions of the deliverables. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Cooperation
Both the Company and the Client agree to provide necessary information and support to meet and exceed project expectations.
Additional
Services
Any requests for features or services beyond the initial project scope may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Governing
Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Cyprus.
Force
Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of government, war, or labor disputes.
Termination
Clause
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill their obligations under these Terms. Upon termination, any fees paid up to that point shall be non-refundable, and any outstanding amounts due will be payable immediately.
Entire
Agreement
This page represents the full agreement between the parties. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall remain intact.
